Nigeria in Trouble : U.S Prepares $630 Million Rescue │Waste or Boost?

More than $630 million in aid has been announced for Yemen, Somalia, South Sudan and Nigeria. These countries were select based on the harm caused by conflicts and other related factors. The United Nations calls it, "the world's Largest Humanitarian Crisis". Once more United States prepare to Rescue  "Nigeria in Troubles" alongside Yemen, Somali and South Sudan.
This announcement came as President Donald Trump was in attendance for the Group of 20 summit in Germany. The new American Director of the UN's World Food Program David Beasley said, "This is truly a life saving Gift".

It is a well known fact that United States is the World's largest humanitarian donor. The President's (Donald Trump)  deep cuts to Foreign Aid have caused widespread concern. One of the concerned statements was made by the President of the Washington-Based Christian Organization Bread for the World, "we welcome President Trump's attention to the global humanitarian crisis, but he was announcing aid that Congress approved  months ago and that his administration has delayed".



Hunger has eaten deep into Tens of millions of people in Yemen, Somalia, South Sudan and Nigeria. Yemen has the largest Cholera Outbreak, 12 million people need aid in Somalia as a result of Drought, South Sudan is experiencing civil War and Nigeria has suffered a great loss and Hunger as a result of Boko Haram activities.

This Budget is yet to be implemented and until then, this is a step to the right direction. The relief Organization has expressed their fear of increase famine and hunger related deaths, if in any way there is a cut in Budget, especially in Africa.
