The Nigerian Navy Portal is open, so if you ever dreamt of being in the force, you now have another opportunity to give it a shot. Apply online on the Nigerian Navy recruitment portal. Fill the form and summit for free.
Are you Eligible to apply? You should have the following Basic Educational requirements

1. West African School Certificate/Senior.
2. Secondary School Certificate.
3. General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level.
4. WAEC City and Guilds or London City and Guild.
5. Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
6. Primary School Leaving Certificate.
7. All prospective applicants are to note that the entry requirement into the following categories is SSCE or equivalent: B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 C1, D1, D2, D4, D5, D6, E1, E2, E3, E4, F1, G, H.
9. For applicants with a higher educational/professional qualification, such as HND, BA,/BSC etc which has not been stated in paragraph 1 (a-g) are not to apply.

Other Documents Required for Nigerian Navy Recruitment 2017/2018

All prospective applicants must also provide the following additional documents

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration from a high court.
  • Applicants are to provide Photocopies of all their Credentials which should include
  • Letter of Identification that is duly signed by Chairman or Secretary of the candidate’s LGA or by an officer of the rank of Commander, Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) or Equivalent and above from candidate’s State of Origin.
  • A Duly completed Parent Consent form to be signed by Candidate’s Parent or Guardian.
  • Provide Four passport photographs duly signed and stamped by (C) above.
  • The completed application form is to be submitted online on the Nigerian Navy Recruitment Portal.

Nigerian Navy Application Guidelines

Interested Nigerian Applicants should be able to apply free on the Nigerian Navy Official Website. Multiple application entrance would lead to disqualification.

The Application Portal : www.joinnigeriannavy.com.
  • Click on the Register button to create an account on this portal by providing a valid and accessible Email Address (which will be used as your User Name) and Password. Note: You will need your Email Address (User Name) and Password to log in next time.
  • Complete the Ratings Application form. You can save your application. You may log in at anytime before application closes to make changes to your saved application. Make sure you review your data carefully before submitting. Changes are not allowed after submission. You will not be shortlisted if you do not submit your application.
  • Download and print a copy of your completed Application form which must include the following parts:
*Applicant’s Declaration and Certification by Parent/Guardian form.
*Local Government Area Certification Form.
*Police Certification Form.
*Guarantor Form.

The Aptitude Test and Screening of Certificates of candidates will hold from 7 October 2017 from 8:00 am nationwide at designated centres in various states. You must come along with your printed Application form.

Application Deadline

The Nigerian Navy Portal will close by 30 of July, so all applications should be submitted on or before this date.
